- FREE U.S. shipping for orders over $50 ($10 flat rate shipping fees for orders below $50).
- FREE international shipping for orders over $175. ($25 flat rate shipping fees for orders below $175).

Duties, taxes, and any other customs may apply based on your country customs duty regulations. These charges are not included in shipping fees and customers are responsible for these charges which are generally collected at the time of delivery/pick-up. (PLEASE NOTE, if the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to these charges, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by shipping carrier and thus, your order will not be eligible for a refund.)
RETURNS
We’ve made returns easy! You have 14 days after receiving your order to return the product and receive a full refund for U.S. orders over $50 and international orders over $175. If you are not satisfied with the product, please email customercare@ootdnewyork10.com to receive a return label. We provide one free return label for each order (for the returns made within the U.S. orders on $50+ and international orders on $175+). Any further returns will be subject to return fees.
* U.S. Orders below $50: We will provide a return label and deduct the shipping charges of $10 from your refund total.
* International Orders below $175: We will provide a return label and deduct the shipping charges of $25 from your refund total. Other taxes and duties may apply based on your country’s regulations.
Any product you return must be in same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used, washed, or altered in anyway and returned with all tags attached.
The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. Thus, it is recommended to purchase insurance for the value of the items.
